TrustGrowth is an SEO audit and growth platform that connects to your Google Search Console to provide site audits, scoring, and AI-generated content strategies. The Service accesses your Search Console data in read-only mode and never modifies your data or settings.
You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
The Service uses Google APIs to access your Search Console data. By granting access, you authorize us to retrieve your search performance data for the purposes of providing the Service. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings.
The Service uses AI (powered by Anthropic's Claude) to generate audit analyses, content strategies, and recommendations. AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to use any AI-generated content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated output.

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding your data), is owned by TrustGrowth. Your site data and content remain yours. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrustGrowth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, be error-free, or that SEO improvements will result from using the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or for other reasons with notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. You may request deletion of your data.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes.
